Reporting to Nicola Greaves, BBC Studios' Executive Vice President Global Operations, Tim leads the UKTV Media Services function and sits on UKTV's Executive Leadership Team. In addition, Tim leads on the strategy for BBC Studios' channel technology as a member of its Global Operations Leadership Group.

Overseeing UKTV's five Tech & Ops teams, Tim's responsibilities include the continuous development of a cloud-first media supply chain strategy and production workflows and leading UKTV's Information Security, ensuring compliance with BBC group policies whilst delivering commercial projects.

Prior to joining UKTV & BBC Studios, Tim spent six years leading global operations and technology at VICE Media Group, alongside general management of their international channels business, and over a decade with international broadcasters, including MTV/Viacom (now Paramount) and NBCUniversal. Tim began his career in Soho post-production and outside broadcast with Formula 1.
