Zoë is responsible for the Creative, Marketing, and Communications departments at Britain's largest multichannel broadcaster, UKTV.
A member of the executive board, Zoë is in charge of growing the popularity of UKTV's network of award-winning brands. She also runs its in-house production facility and UKTV Creative, making commercial work for FMCG and online clients.
She is non-executive director of Thinkbox, the award-winning marketing body for commercial television; a member of WACL, the organization for media's female leaders; and she teaches and mentors for Cannes Lions and Creative Equals.
In 2016, Zoe was promoted from Communications Director to Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. During her 11 year tenure at UKTV, Zoë's strategic leadership of the Communications division has helped position the network as the fastest growing commercial broadcaster in the UK.
Zoë graduated from London College of Fashion in 2000. She's worked both agency-side and in-house, with a variety of clients including Exposure, Extreme Sports Channel, Warner Music, Emap and Nike.
