SAT/SUN ARRIVAL: 7am-9am

Please arrive as early as possible. We have around 500 vehicles on display on site per day. We know it is not always achievable, but it would be a massive help if clubs and those wishing to exhibit together could arrive together at the same time.

We would like to have all vehicles in place and stationery by 9am. Doors to the public open at 10am. There will be some catering vans open early on site.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you know now that you will not be able to arrive before 9am, please email us to let us know ASAP. We will do our best, but if you arrive after 9am for any reason, we cannot guarantee your vehicle entry to the showground. We shall endeavour to park you close to the entrance where people waiting to go into the event will still be able to appreciate your vehicle. Your tickets will still of course be valid for entry to the event.

PARKING

Non-exhibitor vehicles will need to be parked in the General Parking area. There is secure trailer parking available as well if you are intending to leave your vehicle overnight.

SECURITY

DEPARTURE

We really appreciate your patience; we will endeavour to get you off site as soon as we possibly can once the crowds have dispersed and our Health & Safety team deem it acceptable for us to allow moving vehicles on site. The entertainment is due to finish around 6pm on both days. We will do all we can to have you on the road before then. Please follow any on-site marshal instructions. We have what we hope is a robust traffic plan to enable all traffic off-site as quickly as possible. Please leave the site responsibly.
