Three new families have been confirmed for the third series of Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over, which is set to return to W in April. The hit series is produced by Firecracker Films.

The brand-new series sees award-winning documentary maker Stacey Dooley MBE explore more unseen areas of modern relationships and family life as she spends 72-hours as a house guest, learning all the routines and rituals that make each one unique. The three families involved in this series have strong women at their centre. These are:

Britain's Most Hated Woman? - Carla Bellucci started her career as a glamour model and Page 3 girl and has since established herself as a familiar face in gossip magazines and online. She has an eye for recognising a story that will generate headlines and attention, both good and bad, which has caused her to wear the label of 'controversial media figure'. Carla also runs an extremely successful OnlyFans account, which earns her a hefty sum each week. This success has caught the eye of her 16-year-old daughter, who is keen to follow in her footsteps, with cosmetic surgery also on the agenda when she turns 18.

70-year-old Dominatrix - Sherry from Swindon has her own take on growing old gracefully. Whilst her peers were collecting their bus passes and pensions, Sherry was embarking on a new - rather controversial - career path: sadomasochism. Amy, Sherry's daughter, encouraged her to take up 'domming' when she recognised that her mother could earn more cash than she was currently earning as a phone sex worker. This led Sherry to set up her business from home, with her regularly visited playroom in the family conservatory!

Mum Fighting the Clock - In August 2016, Jemma was diagnosed with ovarian cancer when she was pregnant with her first child. She was told that it was a stage one grade tumour and after it was removed (when she was 17 weeks pregnant), Jemma was able to give birth to her daughter. She was told that there was no real prospect of it coming back.

However, on 7th January 2021, after getting pregnant with her third child, Jemma discovered a lump on her body. She questioned it with her midwife, and, on 11th January, Jemma was fast tracked for an MRI scan and later admitted to hospital. This was to allow her to receive steroid treatment to get her baby ready for an early planned C section and, on 25th January, this took place along with vaginal surgery. She also had a full body CT and MRI scan and when her baby was only 24 hours old, Jemma was told the heart-breaking news that her cancer had returned - this time with a tumour in her left lung and multiple tumours in her pelvic and pubic bones. This was now incurable, extremely unusual, and very aggressive.

Instead of just accepting her fate, Jemma started to research as much as possible about ovarian cancer. She found a unique clinic in Mexico that could help to extend her life; however, the treatment and trip would cost £90,000. After sharing her story on Instagram, Jemma started a 'GoFundMe' page and within 24 hours she had exceeded her target, with it now standing at over £165,000.

Series 3 of Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over will air on W in April, with an International Women's Day special with the body positive advocate, Harnaam Kaur, airing on 8th March at 10pm.
